These Terms and Conditions apply to the Casinoto platform (https://casinoto.app) and all related services. Casinoto is an online betting and casino platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh and select other countries.

"We", "us", and "Casinoto" refer to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to anyone who accesses or registers on the platform.

These terms may be updated at any time. When changes are made, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register on Casinoto.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country where you are located.
• Each individual may open one account only. Multiple accounts for the same person or household are not permitted.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and mobile number at the time of registration. Casinoto reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.

KYC Verification

Identity must be verified using a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal. Casinoto may request additional documents at any time.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at Casinoto:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking accounts are not accepted — only accounts registered in your own name may be used.

To withdraw funds from Casinoto, your account KYC must be completed. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit — this is an international anti-money laundering requirement.

Withdrawal Processing Time

• bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Typically 2–6 hours, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The daily maximum is ৳1,00,000. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Once confirmed, bets on Casinoto are final and cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be available before a match starts or within a specified window.

Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Casinoto reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
• If an event ends before its scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the official result.

Prohibited Activities

• Match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using another person's account or transferring accounts.

All Casinoto bonuses and promotions carry their own specific terms, which are stated alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses:

Each bonus can only be claimed once. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being terminated. Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher count toward wagering requirements.

Casinoto provides several responsible betting tools directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a loss threshold — betting stops automatically once you reach it within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day up to 6 months.
• Cooling-Off: Take a betting break for 1–7 days while keeping your account accessible.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of how much time and money you have spent.

Casinoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, scams, or suspicious activity.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Evidence of the account holder being a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@casinoto.app. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or a transaction, please contact our customer support first. You will receive an initial response within 72 hours of getting in touch.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event.
• Initial resolution: within 72 hours.
• Complex disputes: final decision within 14 business days.

Casinoto's decisions are final and binding unless there is clear evidence that a decision was made in error.

Casinoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or a banner on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may request account closure before the changes come into effect.
